GESA Award conferred (ICES 2022)
4th Annual session of GESA was organized in the form of an international conference on “Environment and Society (ICES 2022)” with basic theme as Recent Advancement in Disaster Management, Agriculture and Environmental Sustainability on 23th & 24th December 2022 (hybrid mode). This 4th ICES was organized and hosted by Jiwaji University, Gwalior (M.P., India) in association with Glocal Environment & Social Association (GESA), National Institute of Disaster Management (NIDM), Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, Govt. KRG PG (Autonomous) College, Gwalior (M.P.), Govt. P.G. (Autonomous) College, Datia (M.P.), Mahakaushal University, Jabalpur (M.P.), Nepal Aquaculture Society, Kathmandu and Asian Biological Research Foundation (ABRF), Prayagraj, India.
The 4th ICES was inaugurated by Chief Guest Prof. Arvind Kumar Shukla, Hon’ble VC, Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior, Special Guest Prof. Binay Kumar Chakraborty Bangladesh Agriculture University, Dhaka, Guest of Honour Prof. D. K. Jha, Head, Department of Aquaculture, Agriculture and Forestry University, Rampur, Chitwan, Nepal while Prof. Avinash Tiwari Hon'ble VC, Jiwaji University, Gwalior delivered the presidential address. Dr. Santosh Kumar, Professor, National Institute of Disaster Management (NIDM), Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, New Delhi was the Keynote Speaker. Prof. Sahitya Kumar Nahar, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Raja Mansingh Tomar Music & Arts University, Gwalior (M.P.) was the Chief Guest while Prof. Alok Sharma, Director, Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management (IITTM), Gwalior, Prof. M.R. Kaushal Principal, Govt. KRG PG College, Gwalior and Prof. D.R. Rahul Principal, Govt. PG College, Datia graced the valedictory session as special guests.
