6th Annual session of GESA was be organized in the form of an international conference on “Environment and Society (ICES 2024)” with basic theme as Indiscriminate Anthropogenic Impact: A Trans-disciplinary Approach to Environmental and Social Sustainability on 10th & 11th May, 2025 (hybrid mode). This 6th ICES was organized and hosted by Mahakaushal University, Jabalpur (M.P., India) in association with Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, Jabalpur (M.P.), The Global University, Itanagar (Arunachal Pradesh), ICAR-DWR (Directorate of Weed Research), Jabalpur (M.P.), The American University, USA and Glocal Environment & Social Association (GESA).
Dr. A.K. Verma Hon'ble Member Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission, Prayagraj was the Chief Guest; Dr. Protima Madhu Krishan, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, The American University, USA, Dr. J. S. Mishra, Director, ICAR-DWR, Jabalpur and Dr. MDR Gupta, President GESA were the Special Guests; Dr. R.C. Mishra, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Mahakaushal University, Jabalpur graced the occasion as its Patron while Dr. Anil Tiwari, Hon'ble Chancellor, Mahakaushal University, Jabalpur, Presided over the ceremony. Shri Ashish Dubey Hon'ble MP Jabalpur and Shri Neearaj Singh Hon'ble MLA Bargi, Jabalpur also graced the ceremony. Dr. Nimisha Tiwari, Ms. Rupali Mishra, Dr. A.N. Shukla, Dr. Sunita Arya, Dr. Arjun Shukla and Mr Prabhakar Singh well organized the ceremony. Dr. Nikhil Ranjan Jha, Dean, Academics MKU, Jabalpur expressed the vote of thanks.
