GESA Award conferred

In order to serve the Nature and Society for a better future, the Glocal Environment & Social Association (GESA) is constituted. Its main aim is to develop and promote 'global thought and local action' ideology to save nature. The GESA felicitates the persons and organizations for their outstanding services rendered in various fields of agriculture, arts, biodiversity conservation, commerce, culture, education, environment, healthcare, humanities, literature, mass communication, music, patriotism, peace and harmony, science, sports, technological innovations and other social services. The GESA confers the awards and honours through search and nominations.

The GESA conferred different categories of awards of national repute to eminent personalities of the world for the first time during its Global Conference on OUR BIODIVERSITY, OUR FOOD & OUR HEALTH (GCBD 2019) held on May 21st & 22nd, 2019. This global conference was graced by Mr Rahul Chaturvedi, Hon'ble Justice Allahabad High Court, Prof. Rajendra Prasad, Hon'ble VC, Allahabad State University, Prayagraj, Prof. Neelima Gupta Hon'ble VC, CSJM University, Kanpur, Prof. RKP Singh Hon'ble VC, Dr. Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University, Lucknow, Dr Preeti Gautam, Director, Higher Education Govt. of Uttar Pradesh, Dr Mahendra Ram Ex Director, Higher Education U.P. and so on.

The GCBD 2019 was jointly organized by Botanical Survey of India (BSI) CRC Allahabad, GESA New Delhi, Govt. PG College Saidabad, Prayagraj, Blue Planet Society and IASR, Kolkata on the occasion of International Day for Biological Diversity at BSI campus. Some eminent personalities honored include:
